Payment Options

Our practice operates on a private pay, out-of-network basis, and we are pleased to partner with Thrizer to streamline your access to our services. We are also considered insurance friendly.

What does "insurance friendly" mean? While we do not directly bill insurance companies, we understand that utilizing your out-of-network benefits can significantly offset the cost of therapy. Being "insurance friendly" means we are committed to providing you with everything you need to easily seek reimbursement from your insurance provider. This includes:

• Detailed Superbills: We will provide you with comprehensive invoices (superbills) after each session that contain all the necessary information your insurance company typically requires for out-of-network claims, such as diagnostic codes, service codes, dates of service, and our practice information.

• Guidance and Support: We are happy to answer any questions you may have about the superbill process and can offer general guidance on how to submit claims to your insurance.

Working with Thrizer offers additional benefits:

• Potential for Lower Upfront Costs: Thrizer can allow you to potentially pay only your copay at the time of service (after meeting your out-of-network deductible). Thrizer then manages the complexities of billing your insurance company for the remaining balance.

• Simplified Reimbursement Process: Thrizer handles the entire out-of-network claim submission process on your behalf, saving you the time and hassle of dealing with paperwork.

• Transparency and Predictability: Thrizer can help you understand your estimated out-of-pocket expenses based on your insurance plan's out-of-network benefits.

Our session fees are as follows:

• Individual Therapy: $100 per session

• Group Therapy (Veterans & First Responders Only): $30 per session

• Educational Presentations (Veterans & First Responders): $300 per one-hour presentation
